Dan was a great host! Dan proactively communicated check in and check out instructions and was very responsive when questions came up. The home was beautiful and perfect for our trip.

The house and property were beautiful and very well maintained. They had everything we needed to cook dinner for the family. I appreciated the higher end amenities like shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, TP and paper towels. ;) Everything was great!

This house was an absolute dream! Dan was so incredibly kind and hospitable to host our group so last minute. The house was spotless, spacious, and a special place to host in!
Dan was quick to respond and help our group, even when we lost power one night!

I absolutely loved this house! My family and I enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms, and the bathrooms and kitchen were immaculately clean. The bonus room has a giant couch and an 85" TV, where we gathered and watched the Olympics together. What an awesome space!
I cannot begin to describe how perfect this Airbnb is! They have decorated it so nicely, and the Notre Dame theme made it so fun. I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much to Dan...the perfect host with the perfect rental! AMAZING!!!!!

Wow ! What a gem ! We had the pleasure to stay here over the Christmas holiday as we visited family in South Bend. Perfectly located, close to Grape road restaurants/shopping and conveniently close to Notre Dame and downtown SB. The home was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. Dan was extremely responsive and great to work with - we will back on our next visit to South Bend ! Thanks !

This place was centrally located and remodeled perfectly. Every room was extremely comfortable, 3 full size bathrooms that had everything we needed, and a fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook and bake whatever we needed. The decor was amazing and nothing felt low quality. It’s exactly how I’d do my own home and so it’s very appreciated to stay as a guest in a home who makes you feel like you’re not sacrificing quality for convenience. They supplied great, non-toxic soaps and cleaners and the linens were wonderful. We loved this home and will always check the availability when we come to town. They were accommodating to our requests and always responded promptly. We had several inches of snow while we were in town and they were out the next morning blowing the snow off and throwing down salt for us. Great hosts and great space.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Walkable to Downtown Bentonville and easy access to the bike trails. Loved the home and area and plan to return!

This home was the perfect space for a small group to meet and hold a leadership retreat. The space is beautiful and well furnished -- everything that we needed was in the home. The home was perfect upon arrival and we felt at home throughout our stay. Communication was also great prior to and throughout the stay. The location of this home is also great. We were close to lots of great restaurants and other spaces used during our retreat weekend. We would absolutely stay at this home again!
